Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your FREDA SALVADOR footwear, which is why we offer a 21-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked and shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to remain eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Securely place the unworn shoes in their original dust bag and box, then pack them into a shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
